"We had a gas insert put in 20 years ago. When the pilot wouldn't stay lit, we tried to get it fixed calling multiple heat and air. All charged us a two hour minimum, tried to sell us a new one, then never gave us a quote. Stopped by fireplace creations. They still had us in their database. Suggested a new thermocouple would fix it. There is a trick to servicing them for sure, but the job was finished in around an hour. All cleaned and good as new for the less than what was charged by hat and air to find out they couldn't fix it. Grateful!"
